Refund Policy
General guidelines/rules that all employees, contractors, instructors and participants must follow to provide best practices in the training/work environment.
Please review our refund policy before purchasing any courses. If you have any questions regarding the policy please contact us.

COMPANY POLICY
ERP is located inside of Durfee Innovation/Life Remodeled building. The following policies are required on on premises during course sessions. Failure to abide by these rules/guidelines will result in dismissal from course with no refunds available.

Drug, Smoke, Alcohol and Weapon Free Building (smoking in permitted areas only)

No Profanity as we are located in a facility where minors are present

No violence or disruptive behavior on premises

Be mindful and respectful for all staff, employees, visitors, participants of building

Do not roam halls of building, a guided tour will be held as part of orientation.

Additional rules, guidelines and policies will be posted and printed for each participant upon enrollment of courses. A signed agreement will be provided for acknowledgement of agreement upon policy review.

ERP follows the State of Michigan and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to protect participants while in use of our facilities.

Please reschedule course if experiencing signs/symptoms of COVID-19 before or during scheduled course date

ERP will continue to practice social distancing while in classroom setting
-
ERP will provide mask and hand sanitizer during course sessions to all participants


REFUND POLICY
All courses are non-refundable. Payments are due in full 48hrs prior to the course start date. If participant is unable to attend scheduled classes, the participant will have until 24hrs prior to the scheduled class to contact Environmental Remediation Professionals (ERP) to reschedule a makeup date. If participant does not reschedule within a 3-month period, all payments are forfeit by participant.
In case ERP needs to reschedule a class date, participants will have the option of a later scheduled date or the issuance of a full refund of payments made for the cancelled date(s) only. All requested refunds must be submitted via refund request form within 2 weeks of cancelation date.
